You may include the following dependents under your application:

  • Spouse
  • Children up to 21 years old (unmarried)
  • Dependent parents of the main applicant
  • Dependent parents of the spouse


Each family member receives their own residence permit that is tied to the main applicant’s permit.

  • They are eligible for a 3-year independent residence permit after their 21st birthday.
  • This can be renewed until age 24.
  • After that, they may:
  • Apply for permanent residency or
  • Make their own investment under the Golden Visa program

For each family member, we assist with:

  • Valid passports
  • Birth/marriage certificates
  • Proof of relationship
  • Health insurance
  • Notarized parental consent (for minors under joint custody)


We ensure all documents are properly translated, apostilled, and submitted in accordance with Greek legal standards.

Yes, but only one trip is required to submit biometrics in person. This applies to both the main applicant and each family member. All other steps can be completed via Power of Attorney.
