Choose Your Investment Path
Decide whether you’ll qualify via a €250K, €400K, or €800K real estate investment. We help you evaluate location, property type, and strategic benefits based on your needs and long-term goals.
2.
Grant Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney (PoA) allows us to act on your behalf in Greece. You can sign it at either a Greek consulate or a notary public, either in your country of residence or during a visit to Greece.
3.
Obtain a Greek Tax Number
We guide you through the process of obtaining your AFM (Greek Tax ID) a requirement for all Golden Visa applicants.
4.
Legal Due Diligence & Property Acquisition
Our team conducts full legal due diligence on the property, drafts the contract, and oversees the transaction with your notary, real estate agent and seller.
5.
Application Submission
Once the property is acquired, we compile and submit your Golden Visa application with all required documentation, including proof of health insurance.
6.
Biometric Appointment in Greece
A single visit to Greece is required to submit your biometric data. After this, the residence permit is typically issued within a few months.
7.
Receive Your 5-Year Residence Permit
Your initial permit is valid for five years and is renewable indefinitely, as long as you retain ownership of the property and comply with program rules.
